Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are expected to be delivered within 8-10business days

2. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authority, or any other third-party logistics provider. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

For our services, delivery and access confirmation will be sent to the registered email address provided during account creation or purchase.

Please note that any shipping charges imposed by the seller or the Platform Owner, as applicable, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping fees may apply based on order value, weight, or delivery location.

COD (Cash on Delivery): If available, additional COD charges may apply.

Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

4. Packaging & Safety

Ceramicware is fragile, and we take extra precautions to ensure safe delivery:

Multi-layer protective packaging

Bubble wrap, foam padding, corner protectors

High-quality boxes designed for fragile goods

If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking number and courier partner details.

You can track your package in real time through the link provided.

6. Delays & Non-Delivery

Your order may face delays due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Pin-code not serviceable by our courier partners

Unforeseen logistical challenges

In such cases, our customer support team will reach out to you via email/phone.

7. Address Changes

If you wish to update the delivery address:

Please email us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.

8. Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

If the package is returned to us due to non-availability, incorrect address, or multiple failed delivery attempts:

The order can be re-shipped after customer confirmation.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Refunds for RTO orders (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
