Return & Refund Policy

At Spicy Spaces, we take great pride in the quality of our ceramicware. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at spacesspicy@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to reflect.

4. Damage or Defective Products

We take utmost care while packing and shipping your ceramicware. However, if you receive a product that is:

Damaged,

Defective, or

Incorrect,

you may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:

Photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item, and

The order number and unboxing proof (if available)

Replacement products will be delivered within 8–10 days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns. These include:

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase,

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
